By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Process

All reservations must be confirmed via email, phone, WhatsApp, or through our online platform.
A full payment or deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified during the booking process.
After confirmation, you will receive a booking reference and full tour details.

3. Inclusions

Each tour or charter clearly states what is included in the price. Typical inclusions may be:

Private yacht or boat
Fuel & crew
Beverages (water, beer, rum, soft drinks)
Light snacks or fruit
Snorkeling equipment
Music & entertainment
Hotel pick-up & drop-off (when stated)

Please review the specific listing for additional inclusions or optional extras.

4. Optional Add-Ons

Some of our experiences offer optional services, such as:

Catering or onboard meals
Premium alcoholic beverages
Photographer or drone services
Celebration packages (birthday, proposal, wedding)
Hotel or Airbnb transportation (if not included by default)

These services must be requested in advance and may require an additional fee.

5. Cancellation & Weather Policy

Free Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled at least 24 hours before the departure time with no penalty. A full refund will be issued.
Late Cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
Bad Weather Guarantee: If the tour must be canceled due to unsafe sea/weather conditions, we will reschedule your trip at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
Yacht & You reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if safety is compromised.

6. Safety Rules & Requirements

All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew.
Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard.
Any guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused boarding.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the excursion.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in our experiences, you accept the inherent risks associated with marine activities. Yacht & You and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Accidents caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
Delays due to traffic or weather conditions
Allergic reactions to food or drink (please notify us in advance)
Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Group Size & Capacity

Each boat or yacht has a maximum passenger capacity. It is your responsibility to ensure that your group does not exceed this limit. Overbooking may result in refusal of service.

9. Age & Health Restrictions

Children are welcome under adult supervision.
Pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions should consult with us prior to booking.
Guests must be able to safely board the vessel (no wheelchair access unless otherwise specified).

10. Payment Methods

We accept:

Bank transfers (local or international)
Credit/debit cards
PayPal (upon request)
Cash (in USD or DOP)

Full payment must be received before the charter begins.

11. Privacy

Your data will be handled according to our Privacy & Cookies Policy. We never share your personal information with third parties without consent.

12. Disputes & Jurisdiction

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If necessary, the competent courts of the Dominican Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
